In this episode, Jo heads to Los Alamos to help a family with fraternal quadruplets. Luis (37) and Maria (34) are at the end of their rope trying to discipline Juanita, Javier, Jamie and Jaidyn (all 5 years old). They fight with each other and use bad language.
