Joyce goes to Kalamazoo, Michigan to visit a large family of so much kids. She meets Dustin (59) who is grieving over the loss of Erica (60), who died after giving birth to Tommy, the last child and youngest twin brother of Timmy. Together, he had a lot of children: James (32), Samantha (30), Trevor (29), fraternal twins David and Dianne (27), Roger (26), Richard (24), Carmen (23), Nicole (21), James (19), Alexis "Alex" (17), Cyrus (16), Mason (15), fraternal twins Christopher "Chris" and Christina "Tina" (14), Rylee (12), Trevor (10), identical twins Jimmy and Johnny (8), George (7), Olivia "Olli" (6, diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes), identical twins Zoë and Chloë (5), Bobby (3), and identical twins Timmy and Tommy (1½). Not only the oldest six are well-behaved as they are away from the family as they either have to go to college or have kids on their own, but Alex, Christine, Trevor, George, and Olli as well. Despite being well-behaved, Olli refuses to eat her food, which threatens her health as she has the same brain mixed with Wanda Kiejliches from the Kiejliches Family. Cyrus, Mason and Christopher play violent video games such as DOOM and Resident Evil, disobey their parents, refuse to do their homework and had the same brain mixed with Isaiah Milton from the Milton Family and Blake and Tyson Fliany from the Fliany Family. Rylee, Jimmy, Johnny, George, Zoë, Chloë and Bobby make messes, ruin holidays, spit at people, pinch people, hit, kick, scream and mess with stuff. Can Joyce stop a large family before it's too late?
