Ruth heads out to New Zealand to meet Katherine (37) and Robert (32) with two uncles and aunts, Andrea (35) and Gregory (33). Katherine and Robert has 5 kids Emmy (18), Trainor (13), Davis (12) and Camilla (10). Andrea and Gregory has 7 kids, Eloise (11), quadtriplets Samantha, Erick, Bella and Jay (9) and twins Esther and Elmer (4). Esther is well-behaved but NOT Elmer. Elmer likes to color on walls, pee on floors, is a sloppy writer, writes bad words and is the worst-behaved of the family. Eloise and Camilla are well-behaved pre-teens who are terrorized by the most worst-behaved pre-teen boy, Davis. Davis likes to color on walls just like Elmer, sucks Eloise's skin until it bleeds, bite, punch, kick, fight and threaten to kill an innocent Camilla. Samantha and Bella are well-behaved but NOT Erick and Jay. Erick and Jay loves to ruin holidays, swear like sailors, jump on furniture, kick, fight, throw toys, scream and punch Andrea's womb for an upcoming daughter. Trainor refuses to eat, which threatens his health since he has Type 1 Diabetes.
