The Communication Couch is a discipline technique which is like the Naughty Couch. It is for children ages 8-15.
Steps[]
- Give them a warning
- If they do something they are not supposed, give them a time out
- Setup the timer (depending on the age)
- They will talk to you in a calm way.
- They will say sorry
- Give hugs and kisses
- Moving on
